Last week I was pleased to be part of a Menopause-roundtable at Gower College, Swansea, hosted by the Minister for Social Mobility, Youth and Progression, and Helen Tomlinson, the Government’s Menopause Employment Champion.
If only it wasn’t incessantly raining I would be able to comment that Hampshire is a great place to be in July. This week has been New Forest Show, and a useful reminder of all that is beautiful in the Forest.

This week the last debate I participated in before the start of recess was on Tuesday on the HIV action plan. Southampton still has a high prevalence of undiagnosed and late diagnosed cases of HIV, what is now a treatable and, if treated effectively, untransmissable condition.
Unpaid Work is a Community Sentence, known as Community Payback, which allows for convicted offenders to pay back to the communities they have offended in and provides courts with a robust alternative to short term custodial sentences.
