Most of the Romsey area was affected by a power cut this morning. The vast majority of people should now be back online.
The explanation from SSEN says: "We're sorry for the power cut you recently experienced. There was a faulty piece of equipment on our main overhead network, we restored your power by altering the network and we're not expecting any further issues. Our colleagues strive to get your power restored as quickly as possible and aim to deliver a 10 out of 10 service. We hope you managed ok and please do not hesitate to contact us on 105 if you experience any further power cuts."
As the message says you can call 105 if you remain without power or are affected by a further cut.
